Assembly bags 3.0 en 3.1

Take U3000 Servosaver axle and Servosaver part right U3002.
Mount a Shaft lock washer 7mm at the bottomside off Servosaver axle U3000 and slide Servosaver part right U3002 over the Servosaver axle
Lock the axle with a M4 x 5 mm adjusting bolt at the right side.
Take U3000 Servosaver axle and Servosaver part left U3001 and moutn a Shaft lock washer 7mm at the top side of Servosaver axle U3000
Now slide the following parts over the Servosaver axle U3000in the following order:
Take the Servosaver connecting plate U3003 and place 4 U3021 Bearing servosaver connection plate. (One bearing on both sides)
Take the assembled parts and connect them with U3003 Servosaver connecting plate.
Use U3011 Bolt servosaver connecting plate.

Take U3005 Steering rod connector and mount the U3025 Slide bearing, one slide bearing on both sides of the hole.
Take U3006 Steering rod end square and mount U3025 Slide bearing.
Take U3015 Steering rod and put a Flat nut M6 on.
Mount the other side of the steering rod in U3006 Steering rod end square and lock it with a shaft lock washer 4 mm.
Now assemble the steering rods as on the foto below with U3011 Bolt steering rod connector.
Mouint the complete steering rod at the steering lever with U3010 Bolt steering lever.

Take U3000 Servosaver axle and Servosaver part right U3002.
Mount a Shaft lock washer 7mm at the bottomside off Servosaver axle U3000 and slide Servosaver part right U3002 over the Servosaver axle
Lock the axle with a M4 x 5 mm adjusting bolt at the right side.
Take U3000 Servosaver axle and Servosaver part left U3001 and moutn a Shaft lock washer 7mm at the top side of Servosaver axle U3000
Now slide the following parts over the Servosaver axle U3000in the following order:
Take the Servosaver connecting plate U3003 and place 4 U3021 Bearing servosaver connection plate. (One bearing on both sides)
Take the assembled parts and connect them with U3003 Servosaver connecting plate.
Use U3011 Bolt servosaver connecting plate.

Take U3005 Steering rod connector and mount the U3025 Slide bearing, one slide bearing on both sides of the hole.
Take U3006 Steering rod end square and mount U3025 Slide bearing.
Take U3015 Steering rod and put a Flat nut M6 on.
Mount the other side of the steering rod in U3006 Steering rod end square and lock it with a shaft lock washer 4 mm.
Now assemble the steering rods as on the foto below with U3011 Bolt steering rod connector.
Mouint the complete steering rod at the steering lever with U3010 Bolt steering lever.

Previous week the European Championship large scale offroad was helt in the United Kingdom on the astro-turf track called Nene Valley Raceway. It was a challenging week for the Ultron drivers to find the setup with not that much expirience compared to the other teams. Weather was changing everyday from a dry track back to a wet track and step by step all the ultron cars improved.

Nene Valley Raceway - Euros warm up. This weekend Nick Visser and Tim Vander Elst went over to the UK to drive the warm up for the upcoming european championship. Besides Nick and Tim we also had Bob Weaver and Adam Ellis present with their Ultron Buggies. This was our first time with the ultron buggy on astro-turf we were up for a big challenge to find a setup for the car. Saturday was only free practice so we tested a lot of things on our car. By the end of saturday all our... cars were going reasonably well with still a lot of room for improvement in the setup.
