1 x Thread locking material orange
4 x M4 x 12 mm CK
4 x M4 x 5 mm screw
4 x M5 x 30 mm CK
4 x passtift 3 x 6 mm

Assembly bag 2.0 en 2.1

Take the 4 Brass insert pivot system outside U2015 and put them in the steering knuckles, please note that the recess is in the dowel .
Take front upright pivot system L/R U2012 and put Thread locking material orange in the holes near the screw-thread.
On the other side off the steering knuckles screw the m4 x 5 mm screws.
Take the 4 Pivot ball steel U2016and put them in the steering knuckles.
Take M5 x 30 mm CK bolts and fasten the steering knuckles on the wishbones.
Now place the brass insert pivot system outside U2015 and screw the system nut U2017 in the spindle until the knuckle is free from play but stil moves smoothly. (Pay attention there is no dirt in the fine thread. Use a little oil the first time)
Take the front upright pivot system L/R and the Steering lever L/R. Mount them with M4 x 12 mm CK. On the other side of the steering knuckle screw the adjusting bolts M4 x 5 mm

Previous week the European Championship large scale offroad was helt in the United Kingdom on the astro-turf track called Nene Valley Raceway. It was a challenging week for the Ultron drivers to find the setup with not that much expirience compared to the other teams. Weather was changing everyday from a dry track back to a wet track and step by step all the ultron cars improved.

Nene Valley Raceway - Euros warm up. This weekend Nick Visser and Tim Vander Elst went over to the UK to drive the warm up for the upcoming european championship. Besides Nick and Tim we also had Bob Weaver and Adam Ellis present with their Ultron Buggies. This was our first time with the ultron buggy on astro-turf we were up for a big challenge to find a setup for the car. Saturday was only free practice so we tested a lot of things on our car. By the end of saturday all our... cars were going reasonably well with still a lot of room for improvement in the setup.
